This large luxury private residence in Bangkok, Thailand required a variety of window treatments throughout the property.
We installed Lutron Roller blinds throughout the main living areas. Using Lutron’s intelligent hem-bar alignment technology, we were able to perfectly align Roller blinds on the same elevation. We specified a technical screen fabric for the Roller blinds to protect the property from harmful UV rays. The Lutron 100 WIDR system was used in the stair area to accommodate the 7 metre drop.
The bedrooms all had double curtain treatments. We worked closely with the interior designer to select fabric that not only complemented the scheme, but were practical for the climate in Bangkok, which experiences changes in humidity throughout the year.
Our installers worked alongside the team at NV Integration (the AV contractor) to ensure that our window treatments were seamlessly integrated into the home control system.
